This speaker is trailing off at the end of her sentences, which makes it very difficult for the audience to follow her talk.  Speaking too softly has the same effect.

When presenting, speak loudly enough for the person in the back of the room to clearly hear.  Also, use dramatic pauses and vary your voice to emphasize your point.
